We're sorry the item you purchased did not work out! But do not worry we are always posting New Arrivals!
Waiting for online orders is the hardest part, so we'll be quick about it! We ship orders Monday through Friday except on holidays; 48 hours is our maximum wait time to get a package in the mail unless it is over a weekend! We use First Class and Priority Mail as our shipping services or upgrade to UPS when the item is eligible.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You will also be notified by email before your order delivers and once it has been delivered.
In Store Pickup
Sometimes it's easier to order online and swing by to pick it up! We're here to make it effortless on you; so we'll have you order wrapped and ready for you when you get here! You'll receive an "Order Ready" confirmation email for pick up, and if you're on a time crunch or have kids in the car; just call us (804)717-5305 and we'll bring it out to your car!
**In Store Pick Up is not Immediate, we will need time to pick & wrap the order.It can take up to 24 hours**
If you selected in store pick up and need your order shipped - we will invoice you for shipping.
We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days in-store or shipped back. For in store pick up - it is 14 days from the date you purchased the item NOT the day it was picked up. Merchandise must be returned in original, sellable condition (free of stains & smells, unwashed); we refuse the right to accept returns that are outside the return window. She Chester is not responsible for shipping fees to or from during a return - any shipping costs are not refundable to a store credit.
If you receive an item and need a size exchange, we can only do so if the size needed is in stock! Most of our clothes are one of a kind, and we do not get additional orders of them. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions regarding this! Or pop by the shop for in store exchanges if you’re local, just bring a printed copy of your order summary! If you bought the item in-store or received it as a gift and need a copy of your receipt - we can try to locate one for you! Just email us at email@example.com, message us on Facebook, or stop by! We work extra hard to make exchanges a breeze!
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Broken Items are not something we want to happen, but if it does we want to correct it! Here's how....
- Take A Photo of the packaging and damaged items.
- Email the photo to firstname.lastname@example.org where we can get you squared away! Give us 24 hours Monday - Friday to respond to you, as we take our weekend off from the office!
- No returns accepted on DISCOUNTED items.
- No returns accepted on used or worn merchandise.
- Must be in original packaging. All tags must be attached.
- No returns or adjustments after 30 days from the date of order.
- We do not do price adjustments for flash sales or discounted products.
- Shipping Fees to and from She Chester are non-fundable and will be taken from the Store Credit Amount!
Holiday Items are eligible for exchange with a receipt or gift receipt until January 15th. If you have concerns regarding an exchange for store credit - send us an email at shopshechester.com or message us on Facebook! We're happy to help you through the return process.
